If you are wearing clothes of a color close to the background, you may not be screened.

- What if I am late for my appointment?

- Can I choose the background color?
- Choose from 3 colors.
White.Standard blue.Standard gray. - How do I download images?
- We will send you a URL so you can download the images stored there.
- Can I change my clothes?
- Yes.
A simple space will be provided for changing clothes. - How soon can I get additional printing done?
- Basically, the order will be finished by the end of the day.The date can be changed depending on the customer's pick-up date.If you are in a hurry, please consult us at the time of reservation.
- Can I reprint the image in a different size than when it was taken?
- Yes.
A resizing fee will be added to the print fee. - How long can I use reprints after the photo shoot?
- Depends on the time limit for taking a self-portrait photo, but basically there is no time limit.
- What is the file format of the photo data?
